The main character of the video is a Welsh Corgi Pembroke named Lloyd. Dogs are voiced in English, says 1News. In the story, corgi runs away from the owner on a pedestrian bridge and runs through the center of Kiev, bypassing the tourist locations. Loyd's journey ends in Shevchenko Park when police detain him.
